  If you want to get ripped off, this is the company to go to. They overcharge you for service, and when you buy something from them, watch out, because they want you to pay for more warranty on top of what you already do pay. I bought a furnace for 5 grand, 2.5 years ago and because I didn't keep paying their stupid extended warranty coverage my furnace exchange cracked and the furnace was garbage. Thankfully they would cover the parts, but not the labour. And I wasn't allowed to have the parts unless I paid for their overpriced labour. Whatever you do, stay away from this company.
