  We scheduled an appt. To have Hootens to come look at an issue we had with our fiberglass pool. They informed us that they were busy although they would come by to have a look. Month went by we went to their location and spoke with them again they said they would make it out seeing how we are 5 mins away from the store. Another month went by, we called and were informed we are on the radar. 3 weeks later same call same answer. Needless to say we gave up and they never showed up. Poor customer service. If you are looking for a pool company you can count on, I suggest you do not choose Hootens. Might be a family business although bad business is bad business and Hootens demonstrates poor customer service.
